About

Betsy S. Vascil & Associates, Inc.

Betsy S. Vascil & Associates is an independent brokerage firm, working with small to medium-sized employers.  We have close to 75 years of combined experience in the benefits field.  While our office is in Texas, our clients are located in various states across the country! We represent over 75 different carriers.  We strive to provide quality and innovative ideas, in an ever-changing healthcare environment.  Focusing on client relationships and providing quality service with a personal touch is our mission.

We know that there are many firms out there that can offer employee benefits.  We want to be different.  Our goal is to make you comfortable with the decisions that you make concerning the care of your employees.  Your employees matter to us.  Several of our clients have been with us for over 20 years, allowing us to serve not only the client, but their employees, as well!

The Affordable Care Act has made healthcare more complex than it has ever been.  We pride ourselves on staying up to date on all of the changes that are happening, as well as keeping our clients in compliance with all of the rules and regulations.  We like to be innovative in our ideas.  Thinking outside the box is necessary these days.

Whether your needs are health, disability, life, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, or pension and 401(K) plans, we want to be the one stop shop for you.

We would love to hear from you.

If you are a business owner with 100 or more employees at the beginning of a plan year, you may be required to file an annual report with the Department of Labor/IRS. This “Form 5500” contains information about the plan and includes disclosure of all commissions and fees received by those who provide services to insured plans. Failure to file these forms by the required deadlines could result in substantial penalties.
